Diplomatic envoys confirmed a third consecutive night of calm across regional maritime zones as constructive dialogue continues between international delegations.

The talks, hosted in Switzerland, resulted in an interim agreement detailing shared naval monitoring and a cooperative framework for commercial container vessel security.

"This agreement represents a critical stabilizer for global shipping markets, easing international trade tension," states maritime envoy Dr. Peter Hoffmann.

Both delegations have committed to a second round of negotiations in late August to establish a permanent maritime transit security commission.
